What are your opening / office hours?

Our standard opening / offices hours are 10am-6pm, Monday to Friday (AEDT). Outside of these times, please send through a email or leave a message and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Do you offer after hours appointments or consultations?

Yes. After hours appointments or consultations are available either outside of standard work week hours or during weekends. Please contact us to arrange a time outside of standard opening hours to discuss your project and goals. Please note that for labour intensive tasks you have requested after hours, you will be billed at a higher after hours rate.

Are you closed on public holidays?

We are closed on select Australian public holidays and special festive periods of the year. These include:

  • Australia Day
  • Anzac Day
  • Melbourne Cup Day
  • Queen’s Birthday
  • Easter (Good Friday through to Easter Monday)
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas Day
  • Boxing Day
  • New Year’s Eve
  • New Year’s Day

We can provide assistance to you on these public holidays via arrangement before the public holiday. Please note that you will be billed at a higher rate for these public holidays.

Some staff members may be on leave for a well earned rest during the end of year festive period. If the person handling your specific case / project is on leave, please leave a message via email or phone and they or another staff member will get back to you as soon as possible.
